Welcome to the euribarstvo.hr website, developed under the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture, Directorate of Fisheries. The purpose of this website is to inform all relevant stakeholders in fisheries sector and wider public about the implementation and achievements of the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020 (hereinafter: the Operational Programme). The main goal of this website is to promote and improve the availability of information on funding opportunities, including information on beneficiaries and operations supported under the Operational programme.
The Operational Programme is a comprehensive document which describes Croatian priorities and objectives chosen to be achieved through the implementation of the structural policy measures in fisheries, co-financed under the EMFF.
The EMFF is the financial instrument that will help deliver the objectives of the reformed Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) and that will support the implementation of the EU Integrated Maritime Policy (IMP) with the focus on the sustainable development of fisheries and aquaculture as well as support to growth and jobs in coastal communities across the EU. The EMFF is part of the EU multi-annual financial framework for the 2014-2020 programming period. Out of its total budget of EUR 6.5 billion, the allocation of the EMFF funds for the Republic of Croatia amounts EUR 252.6 million.
This website will ensure that all necessary information on the implementation of the Operational programme is provided to potential beneficiaries, such as tendering plan, list ordinances and tenders opened for applications, information on eligibility and selection criteria, instructions related to application procedures, description of approval and selection procedures, documents and other information needed for beneficiaries in order to apply for support under the Operational programme.
Furthermore, all relevant stakeholders can communicate directly via e-mail address eufondovi.ribarstvo@mps.hr, which provides a possibility for beneficiaries to send individual questions and to get the related answers from the Directorate of Fisheries as the Managing Authority of the Operational programme.
